Our Operations Director
Angela Ryan
I feel immensely proud to be the Operations Director for The First Care Home Group. Every day I have the privilege of working with truly dedicated teams, across two care homes, who share my passion for giving residents not just care, but comfort, dignity, and joy.
For me, this isn’t simply a career, it’s a calling. I believe every resident should feel recognised as an individual, valued for who they are, and supported in a way that reflects their own life and choices. That belief guides everything we do. From the moment you step through our doors, you’ll find a warm welcome, a safe and supportive environment, and a community that feels like family.
The Family that Started First Care Homes Group.
The Jeffery family founded Park View, and it remains under their ownership today. As the founders of the First Care Homes group, the Jeffery family was established in 1994, setting out to create homes where people felt genuinely cared for. That heart has never left.
Today, Helena Jeffery’s youngest son, Rob, leads the First Care Homes Group. From his vast experience supporting his family grow the Caring Homes group, Rob learned what genuine care looks like, not from a boardroom, but by being there. His love for the work and for the people it serves still guides everything we do.
