Tina Popecu
I am proud to be the Acting Home Manager at The Cambridgeshire Care Home. I have worked within care in the UK for over 10 years, and caring for others has always been more than a profession to me – it is my passion and part of who I am.
I joined The Cambridgeshire Care Home as Deputy Manager in 2022 and was promoted to Care and Compliance Manager before stepping into the role of Acting Home Manager 2026.
I hold a master’s degree in Palliative and End of Life Care and have a particular passion for person-centred care, dementia care, and supporting residents with complex and end-of-life needs.
