This week we were delighted to celebrate Dinesh, who has been recognised and honoured by families who wished to personally thank him for the thoughtful care he provides to residents each day.
Dinesh proudly assists residents in preparing for the day ahead, helping ensure they always feel comfortable, confident, and looking their very best. From supporting residents with grooming and helping them choose what they would like to wear, to offering a warm conversation and a reassuring presence in the morning, his thoughtful approach helps residents begin their day with dignity and confidence.
For many families, knowing their loved one is supported with such compassion and attention brings enormous reassurance.
A Well-Deserved Recognition
To show their appreciation, families arranged for Dinesh to receive a voucher as a small thank you for the difference he makes to daily life in the home.
The presentation was made by Charlotte, Resident Lead of Kings Household, who shared the moment with colleagues and residents who were delighted to see Dinesh recognised.
