This month, we’re beaming with pride as we celebrate Jen, one of our much-loved members of the Wellbeing Team and the deserving recipient of September’s Golden Ticket Award.
Jen’s warmth, creativity, and care shine through in everything she does. Whether she’s hosting one of her locally famous quizzes or encouraging residents to take part in meaningful activities, she brings a sense of joy, connection, and gentle fun to every day.
Her natural ability to make each resident feel seen and valued is truly special. Jen doesn’t just plan activities; she creates moments that matter. The laughter and the spark she brings into the room remind us all why community is at the heart of everything we do here.
We’ve received so many kind words from residents and families about Jen’s dedication and positivity, and it couldn’t make us prouder. As our winner this month, Jen will receive a £25 voucher to treat herself, a small token of appreciation for the big difference she makes every day.
